The firm's leasing team has been involved in the leasing of shopping centers in the Hampton Roads area ranging in size from 8,000 square feet to 335,000 square feet. The team has established excellent rapport with national anchor tenants, regional and local tenants, and the brokerage community.

Property Management

The property management team of the firm takes a pro-active approach to managing the asset.  Its areas of responsibility include:

• Site Management:
  • Administration of the maintenance plan
  • Routinely tour and inspect the property
  • Make appropriate maintenance and repair recommendations
  • Oversee the expeditious and proper handling of insurance claims
  • Monitor contractors performing improvements at the property
• Tenant Coordination:
  • Coordination with tenants during premises delivery and surrender
  • Responsiveness to tenant concerns and complaints
• Lease Administration:
  • Calculating and monitoring the collection of common area maintenance, real estate tax, and insurance charges
  • Monitor tenant insurance certificate requirements
  • Annual reconciliation of charges

  • Collection and organize tenants' reporting of gross sales
